The Big City Slider Station is a product of the infamous “As Seen On TV” ad show. Of course, many, if not all of the items sold on this show are, indeed, questionable as to whether or not the product works as advertised. Testimonials regarding the Big City Slider Station have been, for the most part, nothing but positive. People that have bought a Big City Slider Station rarely have a negative statement to make after they’ve used it for the first time, or the fiftieth!
The Big City Slider Station is a type of skittle with five small, shallow, cylindrical holes (like the “five” side of a die) to where the “meat” of choice is placed. A small scoop comes with the Big City Slider Station as part of the package so you can put a scoop of your preferred “meat“ into the Big City Slide Station without using your hands. Cover the Big City Slider Station with the cover specifically made for it and press. Then, you simply place the Big City Slider Station over a flame the same way you would a regular skillet. Cook your mini-miracles for about five to ten minutes and viola! So far, this writer has noticed a very small number of negative responses regarding the Big City Slider Station. Even in these, the dislikes seemed to be somewhat typical. Situations that we, as cooks, have been dealing with ever since our modern cookware has entered into our modern kitchens. One of these was that the Big City Slider Station has no means for grease to escape. Common sense, though, proves that this is not entirely the fault of the Big City Slider Station, as this is also determined by the fat content of the “meat” you use. Higher levels of fat will produce higher levels of grease.
The other minor complaint regarding the Big City Slider Station is that, after numerous uses and washes, the non-stick covering dissipates. Of course, though, by spraying a non-stick spray, or coating your Big City Slider Station with butter, margarine, or what-have-you, then you can, pretty much, expect the same as when your Big City Slider Station was new.
In conclusion, it would seem to this writer that the Big City Slider Station is quite the beneficial product to get for those that truly enjoy the mini-burger. The Big City Slider Station is available at a very affordable price. Other than the aforementioned negative responses, the Big City Slider Station seems to be getting a fast-growing fan base and is loved by most! If you happen to love the mini-burger, then this is the way to go!
